The Studio
The Studio is Good Life Hub’s dedicated team workspace – a light-filled, 32 sqm room set up and ready for your team every week, on the day that works for you.
Rather than committing to a full-time private office, The Studio gives your team a consistent weekly base – somewhere to come together, work side by side, and get things done in a calm, professional environment away from the distractions of home. It’s particularly well suited to leadership teams, project teams, and remote-first businesses who want a regular rhythm without the overhead.
Equipped with six desks, monitors, ergonomic chairs, and everything included from high-speed internet to great tea and coffee, it’s a proper workspace – just not one you’re paying for five days a week.
Please note: the Studio is occasionally used as a walkthrough to access another workspace, which most teams find minimal and undisruptive.

The Studio is a 32 sqm open-plan room on the ground floor, set up with six ergonomic desks, monitors, keyboards, and mice – everything ready before your team arrives. It’s exclusively yours on your allocated day each week, with no sharing with other coworkers.
Natural light fills the room, and step-free access with accessible facilities means it works for everyone in the team. For 6-month or longer contracts, keycard access lets you arrive and leave on your own schedule rather than within standard opening hours.
All the standard Good Life Hub amenities are included: high-speed internet, printing and scanning, coffee and tea, phone booths, meeting room access, showers, free parking, and EV charger access on site.

The Studio is booked on a fixed weekday basis – for example, every Monday, or every Wednesday. Multiple days per week can be secured, subject to availability. Unused days are non-transferable.

Short-stay contracts run from one to six months. Longer-term contracts (12 months) are available at a reduced daily rate and include extended keycard access beyond standard hours.
Yes. The Studio is set up for six people but works just as well for smaller teams. Many of our Studio users are leadership teams or small project groups who value having a consistent, private-feeling space to work side by side.
The Studio is reserved exclusively for your team on your allocated day and isn’t shared with other coworkers. It’s worth knowing that there’s a walkthrough route through the room that other members use to access nearby spaces and phone booths during the day. Most teams adapt to this easily – but if complete seclusion is important, our meeting room may be a better fit.
Yes. Short-stay contracts can be extended to longer-term agreements. Get in touch and we can talk through what works best for your team.
The Studio is a recurring weekly booking – your team has the same space every week, set up with desks and monitors, as an ongoing base. Meeting rooms are for one-off sessions: presentations, client meetings, and team strategy sessions. If your team needs somewhere to work together regularly rather than just occasionally, The Studio is the better fit.
The Studio is designed for teams who need a consistent weekly base rather than a one-off hire. For occasional full-day team sessions, Meeting Room 2 (which holds up to 10 people) is likely the better option.
