Our coworking passes are designed for people who want a calm, professional workspace near the M4 and A34 without the commitment of a permanent desk.
Whether you need a regular rhythm away from home or an occasional place to reset and focus. With light-filled surroundings, a welcoming atmosphere, it’s an easy way to bring structure, clarity, and momentum back into your working week.

Features & Amenities
The coworking area is open-plan and light-filled, with hot desks available throughout the day. A limited number of desks with monitors are available. Phone booths are available for calls.
Everything is included in your pass: high-speed internet, printing and scanning, bean-to-cup coffee, loose-leaf teas, showers, free parking, and bike storage. The village café and shop is next door for lunch, and the surrounding countryside is there for a lunchtime walk when you need to clear your head.

Day Pass
£25 + VAT per day – pay as you go

Flexible Passes
4-day pass: £80 + VAT | 8-day pass: £150 + VAT

- Use your days flexibly – no need to book consecutively

- Passes cannot be paused, extended, or rolled over
The 8-day pass works out at £18.75 + VAT per day – a saving of £6.25 on the day pass rate.
A day pass is pay-as-you-go at £25 + VAT – ideal if you only need the space occasionally. Flexi passes (4 or 8 days) give you a bank of days to use over three months at a better daily rate, booked through our member portal.
Yes – we’d recommend booking ahead to guarantee a desk. Same-day bookings are sometimes possible, but walk-ins aren’t guaranteed a space.
We ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations will count as a used day on your pass, or be charged in full for day passes.
Unfortunately not. Passes are valid for three months from purchase and cannot be paused, extended, or rolled over.
Yes – we have a limited number of desks with monitors. As availability can vary depending on bookings, we’ll explain how it works when you join so you can plan accordingly.
Yes. If you’re planning to use the space regularly, the 8-day flexi pass works out at £18.75 + VAT per day – compared to £25 + VAT on a day pass. If you want your own permanent desk without day-to-day booking, a dedicated desk membership may be worth considering.
Yes – a multi-day pass can be shared among colleagues. Each person using the pass on a given day counts as one day. For teams looking for a dedicated weekly base together, the Studio room is worth considering.
