Set within our converted barn in the West Berkshire countryside, our meeting rooms offer a professional, welcoming place to meet clients, interview candidates, plan with your team or hold a focused working session.
With plenty of natural light, free parking, tea and coffee included, and the village café next door for lunch, it’s an easy place to meet without the feel of a hotel conference room or a standard office.
Meeting room 1
Features & Amenities
A calm, light-filled room for up to five people, well suited to focused discussions, interviews, or small team meetings. The round table keeps things collaborative rather than formal, and the interactive smart board means you can work visually without hauling in extra kit.
At 12 sqm it’s an intimate space – comfortable for five, though worth bearing in mind if you’re combining a full group with wheelchair access. It’s on the ground floor with wide doors and an accessible toilet.
Meeting Room 1 Prices
Half-day: £80 + VAT | Full day: £150 + VAT
- Half-day and full-day bookings only – no hourly hire
- Members: up to 60 minutes’ complimentary ad hoc use when available; longer sessions require a paid booking

Meeting room 2
Features & Amenities
A larger boardroom-style space for up to ten people, with the same calm surroundings and smart technology. Better suited to more structured meetings, strategy days, or bringing a dispersed team together for a full day’s work.
At 32 sqm with a boardroom layout, it gives everyone room to spread out. Catering can be arranged for groups of eight or more, and lunch from the village café next door is available for all bookings. Ground-floor, step-free access with wide doors and an accessible toilet.
Meeting Room 2 Prices
Full day: £350 + VAT
- Full-day bookings only – no half-day or hourly hire
- Catering available for groups of 8+ at additional cost, arranged in advance
- Payment in advance required to secure the room
- Cancellations 48+ hours ahead: full refund or credit
- Cancellations within 48 hours: non-refundable
No – both rooms are available on a half-day or full-day basis only. Meeting Room 1 offers both options; Meeting Room 2 is full-day only.
Lunch is available from the village café next door for all bookings. Catering can be arranged in advance for groups of eight or more using Meeting Room 2. Catering is not available for Meeting Room 1.
Both rooms have a high-tech interactive smart board and whiteboard. Tea, coffee, and biscuits are included with all bookings. On the rare occasion both rooms are booked simultaneously, smart board availability is allocated on a first-booked basis – just let us know when booking if it’s essential to your session.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are eligible for a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Members can use Meeting Room 1 for short, ad hoc use of up to 60 minutes when it’s available. For longer sessions, repeat use, or advance reservations, a paid booking is required.
We’re in the village of Hampstead Norreys in West Berkshire – about ten minutes from Junction 13 of the M4 and easily accessible from the A34. Free parking is available on site, along with electric vehicle chargers.
Yes. Both rooms have a high-tech interactive smart board and high-speed internet, making them well suited to hybrid meetings where some participants are joining remotely. Phone booths are also available for individual calls if you need a quieter overflow space on the day.
