You’ll learn how tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Copilot actually work, how to ask better questions, and how to spot common red flags and limitations. Together, we’ll try real prompts, practise everyday use cases, and explore how AI can genuinely save time in your work and life.
This may include:
- writing and editing emails
- generating ideas

- understanding how to get better answers from AI
- identifying where AI can support your own work or routine

AI Agents in Action

If Level 1 is about understanding AI, Level 2 is about putting it to work.
This workshop is designed for people who are already using AI for prompts but want to move beyond copy-pasting and repeating the same tasks over and over.
Together, we’ll design and build simple AI agents that act like helpful sidekicks inside the tools you already use – such as email, documents, calendars, and project boards.
You’ll explore how AI agents can help with tasks such as:
- researching
- drafting
- organising information
- managing repetitive admin
- supporting workflows
- saving time on recurring tasks
The session will use real examples, so by the end of the day you’ll have live agents set up, clearer workflows, and a repeatable way to keep building more.
This workshop is designed to help you automate real work in a safe, useful, and human-first way – so you can stay focused on the creative, strategic, or human parts of your work.

AI for Teens: Skills for Now and the Future.
Date: Monday 26th October 2026 (Half-term)
Time: 10:00am – 3:00pm

Suitable for: Ages 14+
A practical, hands-on workshop helping teenagers understand how AI really works, how to use it safely and ethically, and how to turn it into a powerful study partner – rather than just a shortcut.
The session starts by building core AI literacy, including privacy, data and security, effective prompting, and how to personalise AI tools so they can support learning in a responsible and useful way.
Teenagers will then apply these skills across tools such as Google’s education workspace and other leading AI platforms, exploring how AI can support study, organisation, creativity, and independent learning.
The workshop will also introduce the idea of AI agents and look at how AI is already reshaping learning, work, and future careers.
By the end of the day, students will leave feeling more confident, informed, and better prepared to use AI safely and effectively.

Our AI workshops are designed for both adults and young people, with separate sessions for each audience. Adult workshops are aimed at individuals, businesses, and professionals who want to understand how to use AI in a practical and responsible way, while our teen workshop is designed specifically for young people aged 14+.
No. Our Level 1 AI workshop is designed to help you cut through the noise and understand what AI can and can’t do, even if you’re starting from scratch.
Our Level 2 workshop is more advanced and is designed for people who have either completed Level 1 or are already confident using AI tools, including features such as Projects or similar workspace-based tools.
That’s absolutely fine. People come to our workshops with different levels of experience, and the sessions are designed to be clear, practical, and accessible. Our facilitator is excellent at breaking things down, answering questions, and helping everyone understand how AI can be used in a way that feels useful and manageable.
Our adult AI workshops are designed to help you understand AI more clearly and use it more confidently in everyday life, work, or business.

No. The workshop is designed to help young people understand how to use AI responsibly, safely, and ethically. The focus is on building AI literacy, supporting independent learning, and helping students use AI as a study tool – not as a replacement for their own thinking.
Yes. The workshops are hands-on and designed to be clear, practical, and easy to engage with. The aim is to help people leave with a better understanding of AI and how to apply it in real situations.
For Level 1, you do not need a paid AI account to attend. Some features may require paid access, but you’ll still be able to take part and understand the core principles without one.
For Level 2, a paid AI account may be needed for some of the more advanced features covered during the day. If you’re unsure which AI tool or plan is right for you, this can be discussed at the start of the workshop so you can choose the option that best suits your needs.
Please bring a laptop so you can take part in the practical elements of the workshop. We’ll provide any other details you need before the session.
