Parent Workshops
Our parent workshops are delivered in partnership with BRIYM and are designed to offer practical, supportive guidance for parents navigating the different stages of family life. Led by professionals who are both teachers and therapists, the sessions bring together real-life classroom experience, therapeutic understanding, and clear strategies parents can use at home.
Many of our workshops focus on the pressures children and teenagers face today – from exam stress and revision overwhelm to confidence, motivation, emotional wellbeing, and communication at home.
Each session is created to help parents feel more informed, reassured, and better equipped to support their children through school, exams, and everyday family life. These sessions are warm, accessible, and practical – offering space to learn, ask questions, and gain a clearer understanding of what may be going on beneath the surface.
