With 24/7 keycard access, a secure locker, and everything included from high-speed internet to proper coffee, it’s the consistency and comfort of having your own desk – without the overhead of a private office or the isolation of working from home. Just a calm, professional environment where you can settle in and do your best work.
Features & Amenities
Your desk is yours – no hot-desking, no booking ahead, no arriving to find someone in your spot. You’ll have an ergonomic desk and chair, a secure locker for anything you want to leave on site, and 24/7 access via your own keycard, so your working day isn’t constrained by opening hours.
The space itself is light-filled and calm, set in a converted barn surrounded by orchards and countryside. You’ll have access to high-speed internet (wired and wireless), printing and scanning, bean-to-cup coffee, loose-leaf tea, phone booths for calls, and meeting room access (subject to fair use). Showers, free parking, EV chargers, and bike storage are all available on site.
Please note: monitors and computers are not provided – desk holders bring their own setup to suit how they work.

Dedicated desk holders bring their own monitors. Everyone has specific setup requirements depending on how they work: some need high-performance screens, or multiple screens, while others prefer to work from a laptop. Rather than providing a one-size-fits-all setup, we leave it to you to bring whatever works best.

Yes – dedicated desk members can use the meeting rooms, subject to fair use and our standard booking terms. Short, ad hoc use of the meeting room is available when it’s free; longer or scheduled sessions require a paid booking.
