ABOUT THIS EVENT
Renewal is an immersive floating sound bath on the lake and the final event in our Summer Wellness Series.
Created around the theme of restoration and renewal, this deeply restful evening is designed as a fitting close to the season. A chance to pause, reflect, and allow yourself to feel fully restored before moving into the season ahead.
Set on the lake at Good Life Hub, with crystal bowls and gongs carrying gently across the water, this final floating sound bath offers space to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself after the busyness of summer. You’ll begin with a mindful tea ceremony using Happy Larder Co.’s Calm wellness tea – a simple pause to help you arrive, breathe, and transition out of the busyness of the day.
From there, you’ll be gently guided into the floating sound bath experience. Resting on floating airbeds on the lake, you’ll be immersed in the sounds of crystal bowls, gongs and other instruments as the sound carries across the water.
The evening will close with time to rest, reflect and enjoy nourishing treats before heading home feeling calmer, softer and more grounded.
No experience is needed. You simply arrive, settle in, and allow yourself to rest.

ABOUT US
Good Life Hub & the Summer Wellness Series
Good Life Hub is a coworking, event and wellbeing space situated in the picturesque village of Hampstead Norreys, West Berkshire.
This summer, we are hosting our first outdoor Summer Wellness Series – a carefully curated programme of wellbeing events running from June through to August. Created to offer time away from the noise, pressure and pace of everyday life, each session is designed to help you slow down, reset and reconnect.
Set outdoors by the lake, surrounded by orchard and ancient woodland, the series brings together nature, movement, sound, breathwork and ritual to support the mind, body and nervous system. Each event also includes a tea ceremony with Happy Larder Co.’s wellness tea blends – a quiet ritual of pause and connection woven into the experience.
About the Practitioners
The Summer Wellness Series has been created by Leanne Duffield, founder of Good Life Hub, bringing together her background in psychology, applied neuroscience and leadership wellbeing with her belief in creating space to slow down, support the nervous system, and reconnect with the natural world.
For Renewal, Leanne is joined by two sound practitioners: Emma Dweck, a sound practitioner and crystal healer who works intuitively with sound, voice, crystals and earth-based practices to hold space for release, connection and deeper self-awareness; and Monica Bazzani, founder of Luna Sound & Energy, a Gong Master Practitioner, Reiki Master, Qi Gong teacher and sound therapist trained in Reiki drumming, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, and aura and chakra balancing. Together, Emma and Monica will create a layered soundscape of crystal bowls, gongs and other instruments, with the sound carrying gently across the lake as you settle into deep rest.
